Brendan C. Babcock has practiced as a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 2002. He is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He worked as an engineer and manager for several employers on private industry projects and government contracts before attending law school. He is a graduate from University of Akron School of Law, and passed the Minnesota state bar exam and the federal patent bar exam. He has been practicing patent law since then, first as an associate attorney at a Minneapolis firm and later as a sole practitioner. He was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 2007, and currently works from Columbia, TN (south of Nashville) to serve clients in Tennessee and throughout the United States.
